It is a Total Gym type and takes up a fair bit of room. It folds up but threatens to amputate my fingers when I do fold it, so I just slide it around when I need to move it. I guess that is some exercise.
I am Getting exercise walking around it and climbing over it to get to my bookshelf. Does hopping about, after stubbing your toe on it count, as exercise?
I have sat on the slider and pulled the cables. I get winded after a couple of pulls. Maybe,it will work better if it slopes down hill. Oh, my heart's okay. I am just lazy.
I really need to lose some weight, so I better do some exercise; well, more than I have been doing, anyway.
I will make it my New Year's resolution. Yeah, that'll do it.
